Corey Williams, also known as "C‑Dub" or "Coach Dub"

Corey Williams, also known as "C-Dub" or "Coach Dub" among athletes, is a certified trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and former football player with 14 years of experience, having competed at both the Canadian university and collegiate levels.

He is a graduate of Bishop's University, holding a bachelor's degree in Sports Studies with a concentration in Athletic Development. In addition, he has completed certifications in elite-level training, personal training, and strength and conditioning.

Drawing from his practical experience as a former U Sports elite-level athlete and his academic background, Corey is equipped with the knowledge and skills to develop athletes through strength training, plyometrics, explosiveness, and other advanced training methods. He tailors programs to meet each athlete's specific needs, with the goal of enhancing their performance in sport.

C-Dub's qualifications include
